Questions about DTF printing?
What is DTF printing and how does it work?
A design is printed onto film with vivid colour and an opaque white base. Once prepared, the DTF transfer is applied to fabric using a suitable heat press.
Do you make individual transfers and gang sheets?
Yes. Individual transfers carry one design, name or number. Gang sheets arrange multiple designs on one DTF sheet to use the space efficiently. We can help you choose.
Which fabrics can take a DTF transfer?
DTF can be applied to cotton, polyester and some blends, on light or dark garments. We check compatibility and press settings for each fabric.
Can I order small or large quantities?
Yes. DTF works for short runs and larger batches. Pricing depends on design size, printed area and the quantity required.
What file should I send?
Send your artwork at the intended size and a good resolution, with defined colours and a transparent background where needed. We check files before production and can help prepare them.
Do DTF transfers withstand washing?
A properly applied transfer can retain its appearance with suitable care. Wash durability also depends on the fabric, press settings and how the garment is washed.
How does DTF compare with heat transfer vinyl and screen printing?
DTF handles detailed, colourful designs and suits short to medium runs. Heat transfer vinyl works well for simple shapes; screen printing can suit some larger batches. We will help you select the right method.
