What personal data we collect and how

When you use our contact or quote request forms, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number (if provided), company (for quote requests), message or project description, and selected services (for quote requests). We use this information to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to follow up on it commercially.

You can lodge a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
Where processing is based solely on your prior consent for a specific purpose, you can withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

AJNET, S.A. places great importance on protecting personal data. It collects, processes and uses this data under the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April).
Customer personal data is processed only as needed to fulfil AJNET, S.A.’s contractual and legal obligations, mainly for the following purposes:
- processing invoices, including electronic invoicing;
- filing paper and electronic documents;
- collections and payments;
- other separate purposes that will be communicated in due course.
